Pure worship…that’s what you experience when you come in contact with the ministry of Kenneth and Zinea Reese. Their anointed praise and worship ministry was kindled out of a deep love for God and a need to have a means to fellowship with Him. They are firm believers that your worship ministry must begin privately before it can become public. Many nights, Kenneth would sit at home on his piano in the dark and minister heartfelt songs or prayers to the Lord. Zinea later joined in on these worship moments during their courtship. Little did they know that this was the beginning of their praise and worship ministry. From that time until this, God has been cultivating an awesome gift inside of them that is blessing many around the world.
Kenneth Reese faithfully served as the Music Pastor of Impact Church (formerly Faith Christian Center) in Jacksonville, FL for over twenty years, beginning with its inception in August 1996. After marrying in 1997, Zinea joined him in leading worship there. During his tenure, Kenneth recorded two CDs: Redemption’s Price, a collection of powerful, original praise and worship songs, and “The Secret Place”, his first compilation of piano solos that take its listeners on a journey to a place of peace and rest in God’s presence. Kenneth and Zinea have now begun the next phase of God’s plan for their lives as they travel to various churches across the United States and beyond to teach, train and usher the Body of Christ into His presence. Not only is Kenneth anointed to sing the Word of God, he is also a minister of the Gospel using visual aides, props and humor as a means to teach biblical truths. No matter the title of the message, three common threads tend to be intertwined through his words: the relentless love of God, a cry for His people to love Him passionately in return, and revelation of the miraculous power that’s available when we usher in God’s presence through worship. Kenneth and Zinea currently reside in Jacksonville, FL and are the proud parents of two daughters. |
